The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were BEAUTIFUL.
The food was overpriced, especially considering local prices. I paid european prices for subpar food. The pizza was a cracker, and the carbonara was quite bland.

the staff assisted with airport transfers and were helpful whenever needed. the location was nice, not too far from the city center. breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options that were beautifully prepared.
The food felt overpriced. The prices were more similar to european standards. the pizza tasted like a cracker. The carbonara was bland. i thought that the prices for what it was were high compared to other locations around bali.

the villa had a private pool and a beautiful view of the jungle. the flower decorations on the pool and bathtub were beautiful and i had requested them. the staff were very kind and attentive to my needs during my time.
the hotel is a bit far from the center so the shuttle service runs only a few times daily this requires planning.

the hotel location provided a serene experience surrounded by tropical foliage the site is at a high point with views of the valley facing sunset. it was near enough to local attractions without being in a crowded area.

I enjoyed my bungalow in the Artist Village. Every corner was beautiful! I loved the outdoor bath. The staff were amazing and helpful. They were very kind.
I booked the suite. The room was a five minute walk from the main resort. The only view was the walls surrounding the suite.
