helpful staff flower decoration excellent menu expensive meals high price deserted area
the staff was helpful and kind. they even prepared a decoration with flowers on our bed!! the spa and the restaurant are a must-try. breakfast was really good. the evening menu was equally excellent, especially on balinese dance night.
the meals and massages felt expensive. i thought the price was a bit high for what i got. the area around the villa seemed deserted. i also noticed some stray dogs around there.

Our honeymoon at this hotel were heavenly! The staff always offered us smiles and really good service. The provided welcome drink added a nice touch as we heard about available services such as spa treatments and daily shuttles. Umbrellas was during rain, this ensured our comfort at all times. The staff's kindness elevated our stay to something special.
One very tiny issue arose with prices inside the hotel. Massages and beer seemed notably more expensive than local alternatives nearby.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were BEAUTIFUL.
The food was overpriced, especially considering local prices. I paid european prices for subpar food. The pizza was a cracker, and the carbonara was quite bland.

the staff assisted with airport transfers and were helpful whenever needed. the location was nice, not too far from the city center. breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options that were beautifully prepared.
The food felt overpriced. The prices were more similar to european standards. the pizza tasted like a cracker. The carbonara was bland. i thought that the prices for what it was were high compared to other locations around bali.

the villa had a private pool and a beautiful view of the jungle. the flower decorations on the pool and bathtub were beautiful and i had requested them. the staff were very kind and attentive to my needs during my time.
the hotel is a bit far from the center so the shuttle service runs only a few times daily this requires planning.

I enjoyed my bungalow in the Artist Village. Every corner was beautiful! I loved the outdoor bath. The staff were amazing and helpful. They were very kind.
I booked the suite. The room was a five minute walk from the main resort. The only view was the walls surrounding the suite.
